The Rotary Club of Asheville is seeking your ideas for a new signature project that will address a top need within the community.  We believe a new project is vital to help keep our club’s service activities fresh and relevant and keep our membership engaged.

New project proposals will be assessed against the following five criteria:

  1. Address a top-tier community need
  2. Involve a partnership with a local non-profit
  3. Include both financial and volunteer contributions from our club
  4. Feature our Rotary brand and carve out an area we can call our own
  5. Be linked to at least one Rotary “Area of Focus”:  Promoting Peace; Fighting Disease; Providing clean water, sanitation, and hygiene; Supporting maternal & child health; Supporting education; Growing local economies

If you have an idea for a project that meets the above criteria, please complete the New Project Proposal Form and email it to the Rotary Club of Asheville at ashevillerotary@bellsouth.net.   Applications must be submitted by January 31, 2018.
