The AFP International Conference was a great learning experience and tons of fun! I've already implemented many of my personal takeaways, such as donor surveys, monthly giving tips, and relationship building techniques, and I hope to implement even more, such as how to make Board meetings more engaging. (Arlington, Va.) – The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Western North Carolina has been named a 2017 Ten Star Chapter. Every year, AFP, the largest association of professional fundraisers in the world, honors chapters for achieving goals that align with key objectives in its long-range strategic plan.
